Rm400 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the rm400 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
These terms apply to all users accessing rm400 via web browser or mobile application. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the rm400 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other relevant policies published on this platform.
Continued use of the rm400 platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the rm400 platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users aged 18 and above. rm400 does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register or use any of the services offered. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they meet this minimum age requirement before registering.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use rm400's services, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Inaccurate information may cause issues with withdrawal processing and identity verification. rm400 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your account details.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. rm400 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify rm400 immediately at [email protected].
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any losses resulting from failure to keep your login credentials secure. rm400 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to user negligence.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Rm400 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without compensation:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform without prior written consent from rm400.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud, falsification of identity documents, or taking over another person's account.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to another individual.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Channelling funds through the rm400 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent regional restrictions.
Rm400 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account termination and disclosure of information to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information, MYR Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the rm400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are processed via approved payment methods, including local eWallets and bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by method and are displayed during the transaction process.
Rm400 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for identity verification purposes or to review suspicious transactions. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or eWallet registered in the same name as the rm400 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rm400 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or a threat to system security. Any balance in a suspended account will be reviewed and, if verified as legitimate, returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting rm400 customer support. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the review.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Rm400 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of this platform, including losses due to technical service disruptions, transaction delays, or system failures beyond rm400's control. All services are provided on an "as is" basis and rm400 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, interface designs, the rm400 brand name, and other materials on this platform are the exclusive property of rm400 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rm400.
Third-Party Links
The rm400 platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. rm400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Rm400 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Rm400 will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address; however, failure to receive such notification does not exempt users from the responsibility of complying with the latest terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms should first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
